We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive with 4 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
– Identify customer needs and provide information about products or services
– Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets
– Close sales and achieve monthly revenue goals
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements and Skills:
– 4 years of proven experience in telesales or a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities
– High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
