Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products or services, and secure appointments or sales leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
– Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
– Maintain a database of customer information.
– Follow up on customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
– Meet weekly and monthly call targets.

Requirements and Skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Persuasive and friendly demeanor.
– Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
– Good organizational skills.
– Basic computer skills.
– Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not required.
