Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be familiar with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and training schedules.
– Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
– Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
– Help with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR software.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
