Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining employees to support the organization’s growth and development.

Responsibilities:
– Conducting recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes.
– Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
– Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
– Assisting in performance management and employee development initiatives.
– Providing support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Relevant HR certifications a plus.
