The ideal candidate will assist in managing interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently. The Interior Design Project Coordinator will work closely with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that projects meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in coordinating and overseeing interior design projects from concept development to installation.
– Collaborate with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
– Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
– Procure materials, furniture, and accessories for projects.
– Coordinate with contractors and oversee installation processes.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
– Address any issues or delays that arise during the project and implement solutions.
– Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in interior design project coordination.
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of interior design concepts, practices, and trends.
Qualifications:
