Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead with at least 8 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining .NET applications.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of developers in the design and development of .NET applications.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
– Ensure code quality and performance of applications.
– Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
– Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience working with .NET technologies.
– Proven experience in leading development teams.
– Strong expertise in C, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
– Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred).
