Job Overview:
The Jr. HR Executive will assist the HR team in various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires familiarity with HR processes and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Support onboarding activities, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
– Handle employee queries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
– Assist in organizing training programs and other HR initiatives.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
– Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
– Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Detail-oriented and well-organized.
