Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Team Leader with 3-6 years of experience to lead our team in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in Odoo development, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of Odoo developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
– Customize and implement Odoo modules to meet client requirements, ensuring high-quality development standards.
– Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
– Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
– Stay current with Odoo updates and industry best practices to enhance the team’s knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– 3-6 years of experience working with Odoo ERP platform, including customization and implementation.
– Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire team members.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
– In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and Odoo framework.
– Experience with database management and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 3-6 years of experience working with Odoo ERP platform
– Strong leadership and mentoring skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
