Job Title: Human Resources Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities:
– Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates
– Conducting new hire orientation and assisting with onboarding processes
– Managing employee relations and addressing employee issues
– Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
– Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
– Coordinating performance management processes
– Assisting with training and development initiatives
– Handling employee benefits administration
– Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
– Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
– Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
