Job Title: Senior US Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior US Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company. The Senior US Recruiter will play a key role in partnering with hiring managers and executing strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
– Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and other platforms
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
– Maintain recruitment data and records in the applicant tracking system
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3-4 years of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of success
– Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications/Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3-4 years of experience in US recruitment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
