The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services
– Provide information about products or services in a clear and concise manner
– Generate leads and set up appointments for sales representatives
– Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions
– Follow up with interested clients to provide additional information
– Meet weekly or monthly call targets as set by the supervisor
Requirements and Skills:
– Excellent communication skills
– Pleasant and confident phone manner
– Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
– Basic computer skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
