Compensation:
Salary: ₹27,000 CTC (including PLI)
Training Period: ₹20,700 In-hand
Post Training: ₹23,300 In-hand

Key Skills Required:
Strong written communication skills (English)
Moderate verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms preferred
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently
Computer literacy (MS Office, Email handling)
Responsibilities:
Provide email-based support to Amazon North America sellers
Respond to seller queries regarding products, listings, orders, and policies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in communication
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
Document interactions and update internal systems.
