Job Overview:
The HR Executive is responsible for assisting with various human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative support. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including appraisal coordination.
6. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
7. Handle employee relations issues and provide mediation support when necessary.
8. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role.
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role
