Responsibilities:
– Lead, plan, and execute technical projects according to deadlines and within budget.
– Coordinate project team members, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
– Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
– Implement and maintain project documentation and records.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
– Ensure quality control and testing procedures are conducted effectively.
– Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
– Proven experience in technical project management (at least 2-3 years).
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software.
– Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
