Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads through various channels, strategizing and implementing lead generation campaigns, and maintaining a high level of productivity to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
– Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
– Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation efforts.
– Track and analyze metrics to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
– Maintain a high level of productivity and meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
– Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– 1-3 years of proven experience in lead generation.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent research and analytical abilities.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
– Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
