Construct AI is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to grow in the field of international business development and sales, especially in UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Identify and connect with potential international clients
• Present Construct AI’s services through virtual meetings and proposals
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
• Keep CRM records updated and monitor market trends
• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly business targets
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
– 0–1 year experience in international business development/sales
– Strong verbal and written English communication
– Presentation and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
