Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that streamline the software development process, improve infrastructure management, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases and deployments.
– Design, test, and deploy automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure.
– Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure rapid and reliable releases.
– Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve DevOps processes.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
– Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
– Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role.
– Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
