We are seeking a skilled OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) + Tech Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves leveraging OTM technology to streamline transportation operations and optimize supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OTM functionalities and experience in customizing OTM solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and customize OTM solutions to support transportation management processes.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
– Integrate OTM with other technologies to optimize supply chain operations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTM functionalities.
– Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in OTM development.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in OTM development and customization.
– Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
– Strong understanding of transportation management principles and supply chain operations.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
