Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead with 4 years of experience in Odoo development to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Odoo implementation, customization, and integration to oversee the development and implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the technical team in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo solutions.
2. Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
3. Develop new modules, features, and functionalities in Odoo.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
5. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
6. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Odoo development.
3. Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, custom module development, and integration.
4. Experience with customization and configuration of Odoo modules.
5. Proficiency in Python programming language.
6. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Qualifications:
