Job Overview:
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of employees to ensure goals and objectives are met. They provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members while also acting as a liaison between management and the team.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team to achieve set goals and targets
– Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance performance and productivity
– Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve individual and team performance
– Collaborate with management to develop strategies for team success
– Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise within the team
– Keep team members motivated and engaged in their work
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
– 3-6 years of experience in a leadership role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate team members
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Knowledge of performance evaluation and feedback techniques

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
– Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role
– Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead a team effectively
