Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview
As an experienced HR Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations and strategies within the organization. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
– Handle performance management and appraisal processes to support employee development.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
– Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
– Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
– Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
– Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
