Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience to oversee and deliver projects within the specified time frame and budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project scopes, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.
2. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Manage project risks, issues, and changes to achieve project goals.
4. Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project objectives.
5. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project success.
6. Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
5. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
7. PMP or relevant certification is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
