Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products or services to customers
– Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
– Achieve sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
– Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
Qualifications and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
– Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
