– Provide technical support to end-users experiencing issues with software applications.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose software problems, both independently and collaboratively with the development team.
– Document and track reported issues, resolutions, and workarounds.
– Assist in testing software updates and new releases.
– Communicate effectively with end-users to provide instructions and guidance on using applications.

Requirements:
