Job Overview:
As an HR Executive with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. You will assist in recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks to ensure the effective functioning of the human resources department.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
– Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
– Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
– Help in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Support employee relations by addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for employees.
– Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 1 year of experience in HR-related roles.
– Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Detail-oriented and organized.
