Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate / Intern
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and job boards).
– Screen resumes and application forms.
– Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the interview process.
– Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
– Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting ads on various platforms.
– Help in maintaining the candidate database and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role is a plus.
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
