Job Overview:
The HR Executive plays a key role in managing various aspects of the human resources function within an organization. They are responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR functions. The HR Executive works closely with senior management to ensure that HR policies and practices align with the overall objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Process payroll and maintain employee records.
4. Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
5. Support employee performance appraisal processes.
6. Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
7. Coordinate training and development programs.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
9. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Professional certification in HR (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
