Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales and be able to effectively sell insurance products to clients. This role involves building relationships with customers, explaining the benefits of insurance policies, and working towards meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Identify potential clients and engage in proactive sales activities
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
– Customize insurance products to match the individual needs of clients
– Communicate effectively to provide information on insurance policies and coverage
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Stay updated on industry trends and products
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven track record in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Valid insurance sales license
– 2+ years of experience in insurance sales
