Job Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will assist in various HR functions, supporting the recruitment process, employee relations, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
– Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave management.
– Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
– Assist in organizing training and development programs.
– Perform administrative tasks to support the HR department.

Requirements and Skills:

– Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
