Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with at least 5 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our employees. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating curriculum, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.

Responsibilities:
– Identify training needs within the organization
– Develop training curriculum and materials
– Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
– Provide feedback and coaching to employees
– Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational goals

Requirement and skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer
– Strong presentation and facilitation skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
– Knowledge of adult learning principles
– Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees
