Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Solution Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Duck Creek solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Work with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
– Design and implement Duck Creek solutions to meet client requirements
– Configure and customize Duck Creek software to meet specific client needs
– Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation process
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
– Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of Duck Creek software
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Duck Creek software
– Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and practices
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, or JavaScript
– Experience with configuration and customization of Duck Creek software
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 5+ years of experience working with Duck Creek software
– Relevant certifications in Duck Creek software (preferred)
– Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and processes.
