Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on role and experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Executive with 3 years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing activities at the field level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand awareness and lead generation in a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic field marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
– Coordinate and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage target audiences.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
– Monitor and report on the performance of field marketing activities to track ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Field Marketing Executive or similar role in a relevant industry.
– Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing or a related role.
– Certification in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
