Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role will involve leading HR initiatives, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and training processes.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
– Handle employee benefits administration and maintain employee records
– Manage HR budget and track key HR metrics

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 7 years
– In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in HR systems and software
