Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with at least 10 years of proven experience in financial management. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities of the organization, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure financial compliance.
Responsibilities:
– Develop financial strategies and plans to achieve company goals
– Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
– Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
– Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the executive team
– Supervise the finance team and provide leadership and guidance
– Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives
– Conduct financial reviews and audits as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
– Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong leadership and communication abilities
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
