– Screen incoming resumes and applications
– Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
– Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects and initiatives

Requirements:
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
