Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and generate leads.
– Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience.
– Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
– Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
