Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Python Lead with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Python developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of Python developers in project planning, design, and implementation
– Develop high-quality, scalable Python code
– Review code and provide feedback to team members
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
– Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
– Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python development
– Proven experience leading a team of developers
– Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask
– Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
