Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a focus on reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis with a strong background in reporting and visualization. The role involves extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide insights and support decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
– Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
– Automate data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
– Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on reporting.
– Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
– Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
– Experience in developing and maintaining complex reports and dashboards.
– Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
