Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers with a strong background in software development and a proven track record in managing IT service-based projects. Ideal candidates should possess leadership qualities, strong client-facing experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle of software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into project plans.
Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines.
Allocate resources and assign tasks based on project priorities.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2–3 years in a project management role.
Strong technical background in web or software development; preference for candidates who started their career as developers.
Hands-on experience in managing IT service-based projects.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with international clients.
