Job Overview:
We are hiring for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote solar energy solutions to international clients (primarily Australia). The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead conversion, and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia
Understand client needs and promote relevant solar energy solutions
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress
Work collaboratively with the team and report to the Sales Manager

Requirements:
1+ year of sales or tele-sales experience preferred (solar/energy sector is a plus)

Customer-first attitude with a solution-driven approach
