Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, providing administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Organize and manage schedules for the sales team
– Coordinate sales activities and events
– Prepare and process sales documents and contracts
– Provide administrative support to the sales team
– Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
– Analyze sales data and generate reports
– Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives
– Maintain CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a related sales support role
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
– Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
