Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Vice President – Finance to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with other senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Drive strategic initiatives around fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, statutory, and legal requirements.
Oversee financial operations including accounting, audit, and treasury.
Provide insights and recommendations to support company growth and profitability.
Develop and monitor KPIs to guide financial strategy.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, investors, auditors, and regulators.
Requirements:
12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing large finance teams and scaling finance operations.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, fundraising, and Indian accounting standards.
Experience with startups or fast-growing technology companies is preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
