Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and company website
– Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
– Assist in the selection process and make recommendations for hiring decisions
– Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of recruitment activities
– Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Willingness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– No prior experience required, but internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus
– Strong desire to start a career in talent acquisition
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
