Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Handle employee relations matters and address any conflicts or concerns that arise.
– Administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
– Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
