Job Title: Deputy Manager – Design
Location: Surat
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in a manufacturing company
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹5.00 to ₹6.00 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion
Develop and review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D
Improve existing product designs to enhance efficiency and performance
Mentor junior design engineers and ensure team productivity
Required Skills:
Strong experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
In-depth understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes
Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
