Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The role involves managing financial tasks as well as providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
2. Manage payroll and tax filings.
3. Monitor budgets and financial transactions.
4. Handle office administrative duties including scheduling, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
5. Assist in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
6. Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as an Accountant cum Admin or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
3. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is a plus.
