Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader with at least 4 years of experience to lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
– Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.
– Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with other departments to support sales and overall business objectives.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
– Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
– 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
