We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive with at least 3 years of experience to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service.

– Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

– Prepare and deliver reports on client activity and feedback.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
