Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in providing guidance and support to individuals facing personal challenges and mental health issues. The Counselor will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling services to clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being
– Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals
– Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
– Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
– Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements and Skills:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Counselor
– Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Empathy and compassion for clients facing difficult circumstances
– Knowledge of counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience as a Counselor
