Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the company. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting the Finance Manager with day-to-day financial operations
– Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
– Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making
– Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
– Monitoring cash flow and financial transactions
– Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
– Collaborating with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
– Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
– Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
– Professional certification such as CPA or CFA (preferred)
